Project Quality Control mainly includes finding problems, evaluating problems, dealing with problems, confirming results and so on. After the completion of the first product of the project, the first identification work should be carried out.
In the first identification process, "found" a certain appearance size does not meet the standard of genuine goods, or the quality is defective, "assessed" the problem is a serious problem, return and exchange processing, "treatment" opinion is to re-check the conformity of all indicators, re-identify the quality of the goods after the inspection, "confirm" that the problem has been dealt with and will not happen again. This whole process can be called project quality control work.
But the Project Quality Control is not unlimited control, but must be implemented based on the project quality management plan. Where to exert control? What are the types of evaluation questions? What method is used to deal with the problem? Must be carried out according to the plan. If it is found that there is no provision in the project quality management plan during the implementation of the project quality control, the project quality management plan should be improved first, and then the project quality control should be implemented in accordance with the plan.
Project Quality Control has many mature methods and tools, such as sampling, statistics, etc., which are scientifically verified and effective project quality control methods.
